日本リート投資法人が第5期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、オフィスビル1棟、匿名組合出資持分及び優先出資証券計4件を取得。上場時に取得した物件の通期稼働により、当期純利益1,077百万円、1口当たり分配金は7,109円となった。期末のポートフォリオは21棟、資産規模（取得額計）は739億円、有利子負債比率は49.2％。第6期（平成27年6月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、32棟を取得。これにより前期比84％増益を見込む。投資口数100％増により、1口当たり分配金は6,527円と前期を8.2％下回る見通し。続く第7期（平成27年12月期）1口当たり分配金は7,234円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第6期末45.3％程度、第7期末45.1％程度を想定。
