日本リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は145,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,250口。これにより発行後の投資口数は304,060口と倍増する。調達額は約507億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、オフィスビル28棟、レジデンス1棟、商業施設2棟の計31棟、取得額は計768億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は1,560億円と倍増する。これらに伴い第6期（平成27年6月期）及び第7期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を発表。第6期は31棟取得が寄与し前期予想比91.7％増益を見込むが、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は6,568円と前期予想を7％下回る見通し。第7期は31棟の通期稼働により前期予想比10.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,282円となる見通し。
