日本リート投資法人 が本日東証に上場した。初値は262,000円とIPO発行価格252,000円を4％上回った。日本リート投資法人は、2010年に設立後私募で運用しており、上場前から運用する4棟に加え、16棟を取得し、上場時のポートフォリオは20棟、取得額は計704億円。主要物件は、オフィスビル「FORECAST新宿SOUTH」（取得額140億円）、レジデンス「タワーコート北品川」（取得額119億円）。ポートフォリオNOI利回りは5.0％。上場期となる第4期（平成26年6月期）1口当たり分配金は666円となる見通し。6ヶ月通期稼働となる第5期（平成26年12月期）1口当たり分配金は7,062円となる見通し。
