日本リート投資法人のIPO発行価格が、仮条件価格帯の最高値である252,000円に決定した。これに伴い業績予想の数値が確定した。上場期となる第4期（平成26年6月期）は、既に運用している4棟に加え、上場時に16棟を取得する。当期純利益101百万円、1口当たり分配金は666円となる見通し。第5期（平成26年12月期）は6ヶ月通期稼働により、当期純利益1,041百万円、1口当たり分配金は7,062円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第4期末48.4%、第5期末47.2%の見込み。
