双日が運用する日本リート投資法人（証券コード3296）が、4月24日、東証へ上場する。スポンサーは双日の他、米国の不動産会社クッシュマン・アンド・ウェイクフィールド、国内の不動産運用会社アジリティー・アセット・アドバイザーズが参画する。投資対象は、オフィスビル、住宅、商業施設の総合型。上場時のポートフォリオはオフィスビル13棟、住宅7棟の計20棟、取得額は704億円、平均NOI利回りは5.0%。上場時に投資口の発行144,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,210口を行い調達資金は約378億円を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは4月8日～4月14日、発行価格決定日は4月15日。
