ヒューリックリート投資法人（HLI）が、都内のオフィスビルとホテルを取得する。2物件ともに売主は、スポンサーであるヒューリック。2物件の取得額は計68.8億円。 「ヒューリック駒込ビル」は、都営地下鉄千石駅より徒歩2分に位置する、2012年竣工、4階建のオフィスビル。テナントはみずほ銀行1社、稼働率は100％。取得額は19.3億円。 「相鉄フレッサイン東京六本木」は、地下鉄六本木駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2017年竣工、11階建の宿泊特化型ホテル。総客室数は201室。HLIは2017年11月に本物件の準共有持分50％を取得済であり、今回の取得により完全保有となる。今回の取得額は49.5億円。 本物件取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は3,873億円となる。 なお、本物件取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
