ヒューリックリート投資法人が、第19期（2023年8月期）決算を発表した。 第19期は、「ヒューリック小舟町ビル」等4物件を取得する一方、「ヒューリック銀座7丁目ビル」の一部を売却した。ポートフォリオの66％を占めるオフィスの期中平均賃料稼働率は95.7％と前期より1.6ポイント上昇。賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益365万円が寄与し、前期比3.6％増益。52百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,480円と前期と同額となった。 期末のポートフォリオは66物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,909億円、有利子負債比率は44.8％。 第20期（2024年2月期）は、「ヒューリック銀座7丁目ビル」の残持分を売却。オフィスの期中平均賃料稼働率は97.2％と前期より1.5ポイント上昇する想定だが、売却した物件の収益減や修繕費の増加により、前期比1.0％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は3,480円と前期と同額となる見通し。 第21期（2024年8月期）は、オフィスの期中平均賃料稼働率が98.1％と前期予想より0.9ポイント上昇する想定だが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比5.2％減益を見込む。内部留保より258百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,480円を維持する見通し。
