ヒューリックリート投資法人（HLI）が、保有物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、横浜・山下町にある、1993年竣工のオフィスビル。HLIは2014年に取得した。築29年経過による今後の修繕費増加や周辺の賃貸環境を踏まえ、将来的な収益低下リスクを勘案し売却を決定した。売却額は48.3億円。売却先はリストデベロップメント。簿価との差額は約3億円を見込む。売却益が計上される2023年2月期業績予想は、10月公表予定の2022年8月期決算発表時に併せて修正開示の予定。
