ヒューリックリート投資法人（HLI）が、ゲートシティ大崎を売却する。 売却する物件は、JR山手線大崎駅より徒歩1分に位置する、1999年竣工、20階建のオフィスビル。HLIは全体の約2.5％の持分を保有していたが、築年数の経過に伴う修繕費の増加や、将来的な収益低下リスクを理由に売却を決定した。 売却額は48億円。簿価との差額は353百万円を想定し、売却益が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
