ヒューリックリート投資法人が、第6期（平成29年2月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「御茶ノ水ソラシティ」の追加取得等、6物件を取得。これにより前期比14.8％増益。投資口数が9.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,304円と前期を5.1％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,313億円、有利子負債比率は39.8％。 第7期（平成29年8月期）は、「ヒューリック渋谷一丁目ビル」等4物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、既存物件のテナント退去や、固都税の増加等により、前期比0.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,300円となる見通し。 第8期（平成30年2月期）は、第7期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比0.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,330円となる見通し。なお、第7期末及び第8期末の有利子負債比率は42.9％程度を見込む。
