ヒューリックリート投資法人が、都内のオフィスビル3物件、商業施設1物件を、スポンサーであるヒューリック等から取得する。4物件の取得額は計134.6億円。取得資金は借入金及び自己資金とする。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は5.8％増の2,447億円となる。 今回の取得に伴う業績予想への影響はなし。
