ヒューリックリート投資法人が、第5期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ヒューリック神谷町ビル」等3物件を取得。これにより前期比29.7％増益。投資口数が22.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,143円と、前期を5.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは34物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,008億円、有利子負債比率は38.2％。 第6期（平成29年2月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い「御茶ノ水ソラシティ」等5物件を取得。これにより資産規模（取得額合計）は2,301億円に拡大し、有利子負債比率は39.7％へ上昇。 5物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比11.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が9.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,220円と前期を2.4％上回る見通し。 続く第7期（平成29年8月期）は、増収を見込むが、固都税の増加等により前期予想比2.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,150円となる見通し。
