ヒューリックリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。発行口数は83,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,200口。これにより発行後の投資口数は9.2％増の1,045,000口となる予定。調達額は約152億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、「御茶ノ水ソラシティ」等3物件。取得額は計207億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は10％増の2,301億円となる。 これらに伴い業績予想を修正。第5期（平成28年8月期）は、4月に公表した業績予想に対し3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,110円となる見通し。 上記の投資口追加発行及び3物件取得が寄与する第6期（平成29年2月期）は、上記3物件に加え、9月に取得済みの2物件を反映し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し13.4％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,220円と前回予想を3.9％上回る見通し。 併せて、第7期（平成29年8月期）業績予想を発表。第6期に取得する物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税の増加等により前期予想比2.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,150円となる見通し。
