ヒューリックリート投資法人（HLI）が、オフィスビルと有料老人ホームを取得する。 ヒューリック虎ノ門ビルは、地下鉄虎ノ門駅より徒歩1分に位置する、平成27年竣工、11階建のオフィスビル。稼働率は100％。HLIは平成27年12月に共有持分70％を取得済みであり、今回残り30％を追加取得することによって、全持分を保有する。 トラストガーデン常磐松は、地下鉄表参道駅より徒歩13分に位置する、今年1月竣工の介護付有料老人ホーム。居室数は50室。リゾートトラスト(株)のグループ会社であるトラストガーデン(株)が4月に開業した。8月時点の入居率は36.4％。 今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
