ヒューリックリート投資法人が、第4期（平成28年2月期）決算を発表した。第4期は「ヒューリック虎ノ門ビル」を取得。「ヒューリック神谷町ビル」「ヒューリック神田ビル」の一部テナントが退去するも、ヒューリック虎ノ門や前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比0.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,969円となった。期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,689億円、有利子負債比率は45.2％。第5期（平成28年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、ヒューリック神谷町ビル（追加）等3物件を取得。これにより前期比24.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が22.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,020円と前期を1.7％上回る見通し。続く第6期（平成29年2月期）は、前期に取得する物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比2.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,100円となる見通し。
