ヒューリックリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は167,600口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,400口。これにより発行後の投資口数は22.5％増の957,000口となる予定。調達額は約301億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、ヒューリック神谷町ビル（追加）と、横浜の商業施設（底地）、東京・有楽町の商業施設。3件の取得額は計318億円。3件いずれもスポンサーであるヒューリックからの取得。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は18.8％増の2,008億円となる。これらに伴い、第4期（平成28年2月期）及び第5期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を修正。第4期は、12月に取得したヒューリック虎ノ門ビルの賃貸収益が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し2.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,910円となる見通し。第5期は、上記3物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比29.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,020円と6％上回る見通し。併せて第6期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比2.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,100円となる見通し。
