ヒューリックリート投資法人が本日上場した。初値は122,000円とIPO発行価格を13%上回り、更に終値は130,500円を付けた。出来高は209,930口と発行済投資口数の約34%となった。IPO調達額（第三者割当増資予定を含む）677億円及び借入金364億円により、オフィスビル8棟（うち1件は底地）、商業施設4棟、有料老人ホーム4棟、インフラ施設5棟の計21棟を本日取得し運用を開始。上場時の資産規模は1,014億円。
