イオンリート投資法人が、イオンモール太田（増築棟）を取得する。 本物件は、群馬県太田市にあるイオンモール太田（既存棟）のリニューアルに併せて、スポンサーグループであるイオンモール(株)が増築し、3月に竣工した。増築棟の取得額は55.64億円。 これに伴い業績予想を修正した。 第23期（2024年7月期）は、イオンモール太田（増築棟）の修繕費増加等により、3月に公表した業績予想に対し2.2％減益を見込むが、利益超過分配金を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,340円と0.1％増となる見通し。 第24期（2025年1月期）は、減価償却費が増加する一方、イオンモール太田（増築棟）の収益が通期寄与し、前回予想比0.1％増益を見込む。利益超過分配金を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,350円と0.4％増となる見通し。 なお、1月に発生した能登半島地震に伴う、石川県に保有する2物件への影響は精査中のため、業績予想へは未反映。
