イオンリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年半ぶり。 発行口数は75,700口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は3,785口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3.9％増の2,123,952口となる予定。 調達額は113億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、「イオンモール和歌山」と「イオンモール都城駅前」の2物件、取得額は計213億円。これにより取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は4.8％増の4,683億円となる。 これらに伴い第21期（2023年7月期）業績予想を修正。新規2物件の収益が寄与し、9月に公表した業績予想に対し5.9％増益を見込む。定期借地権償却費相当の96百万円を内部留保より取崩し、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,350円と2.4％増となる見通し。 併せて第22期（2024年1月期）業績予想を発表。当期利益は前期と同水準を見込む。定期借地権償却費相当の96百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,350円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模6,000億円、1口当たり巡航分配金3,600円の達成を目指す。
