イオンリート投資法人が、第18期（2022年1月期）決算を発表した。 第18期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「イオンモール高崎」等4物件を取得した。これにより前期比13.5％増益。災害損失相当額等差引き116百万円を内部留保より取崩し、投資口数が9.1％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,315円と前期比3.6％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは47物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,470億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第19期（2022年7月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、地震による保険金収入を計上し前期比1.0％増益を見込む。保険金収入等差引き37百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,270円となる見通し。 第20期（2023年1月期）は、修繕費が減少する一方、支払利息が増加、保険金収入がなくなることから、前期比1.6％減益を見込む。定期借地権償却費相当の67百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,270円と前期と同額となる見通し。 中期目標に掲げる1口当たり巡航分配金3,300円、資産規模5,000億円を想定より前倒しで達成する見込み。
