イオンリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は163,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は8,150口。これにより発行後の投資口数は9.1％増の2,044,467口となる予定。 調達額は264億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、「イオンモール高崎」等、地方都市のイオンモール4物件、取得額は計502.35億円。これにより取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は13％増の4,470億円となる。 これらに伴い第18期（2022年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記4物件取得により、3月に公表した業績予想に対し10.6％増益を見込む。借地権償却費相当額149百万円を内部留保より取崩し、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,315円と3.6％増となる見通し。 併せて第19期（2022年7月期）業績予想を公表。固都税の増加により、前期予想比0.2％減益を見込む。借地権償却費相当額69百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,270円となる見通し。
