イオンリート投資法人が、第16期（2021年1月期）決算を発表した。 第16期は、「イオン上田ショッピングセンター」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比0.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,184円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは43物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,955億円、有利子負債比率は41.3％。 第17期（2021年7月期）は、イオンモール直方の敷地を追加取得。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、イオンモール利府のリニューアル工事による一時的な賃料減額、修繕費の増加等により、前期比0.5％減益を見込む。そのため内部留保より69百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,200円となる見通し。 第18期（2022年1月期）は、イオンモール利府のリニューアル工事が終了すること、減価償却費の減少等により、前期予想比1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,200円と前期予想と同額を見込む。
