イオンリート投資法人が、第13期（2019年7月期）決算を発表した。 第13期における物件取得はなし。経常利益ベースでは前期比0.6％減となるが、前期に発生した災害損失の反動増により、当期利益は3.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,047円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは40物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,624億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第14期（2020年1月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「イオンモール福津」を取得。これにより前期比3.3％増益を見込む。投資口数5.4％増により、1口当たり分配金は3,025円と前期比0.7％減となる見通し。 第15期（2020年7月期）は、「イオンモール多摩平の森」を取得予定。これにより前期比3.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,120円となる見通し。
