イオンリート投資法人が、第12期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は「イオンモール甲府昭和」の増築棟を追加取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、前期に取得した「イオンモール京都五条」の通期稼働等により、前期比1.4％増益。台風及び地震による災害損失相当額122百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,066円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは40物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,624億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第13期（2019年7月期）は、固都税の増加により営業利益ベースでは前期比3％減益を想定するが、支払利息や災害損失額の減少により、当期純利益は前期比0.1％増を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,000円となる見通し。 第14期（2020年1月期）1口当たり分配金も3,000円となる見通し。
