イオンリート投資法人が、第11期（2018年7月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は「イオンモール京都五条」を取得する一方、「イオンモール熊本」を売却。 これにより物件売却益35百万円を計上するが、固都税や修繕費の増加により、前期比2.4％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,956円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは40物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,553億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第12期（2019年1月期）は「イオンモール甲府昭和」の増築棟を取得。 前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、イオンモール京都五条の通期稼働により、前期比2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,010円となる見通し。 第13期（2019年7月期）は、固都税や減価償却費の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,985円となる見通し。
