イオンリート投資法人（AEON）が、「イオンモール甲府昭和」の増築棟を取得する。 取得する物件は、山梨県中巨摩郡昭和町にある商業施設。AEONが保有する既存棟に隣接して、2017年11月にイオンモールが増築棟として建設した。取得額は71億円。 併せて既存棟をイオンスタイルとしてリニューアルオープンし、既存棟及び増築棟を一体運用する。 これに伴い第12期（2019年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得に伴い、6月に公表した業績予想に対し1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,010円となる見通し。 併せて第13期（2019年7月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想に対し増収となるが、固都税や減価償却費の増加により0.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,985円となる見通し。
