イオンリート投資法人が、千葉市の商業施設を11月に取得する。 物件は、京葉線検見川浜駅前に位置する、平成3年竣工、5階建の商業施設。 「検見川浜ベイサイドモールフェリア」としてスーパーのイズミヤを中心に運営されていたが、5月に閉店した。これに伴いスポンサーグループであるイオンリテールが本物件を6月に取得、イオンスタイルとしてリニューアルし、今秋の開業を予定。イオンリート投資法人は開業後11月に取得する。イオンリート投資法人の取得額は37.48億円。取得後はイオンリテールと賃料固定のマスターリース契約を締結予定。
