イオンリート投資法人が、第8期（平成29年1月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は「イオンモール小山」「イオンモール苫小牧」、マレーシアの「イオンモールセレンバン2」のSPC株式を取得。昨年9月公表の業績予想に対し1.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,019円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは31物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,686億円、有利子負債比率は42.7％。 第9期（平成29年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「イオンモール伊丹昆陽」等5物件を取得。また熊本地震による被害を受けた「イオンモール熊本」は3月に復旧工事が終了し、建替え以外の全館で営業を再開する。これらに伴い前期比19％増益を見込むが、投資口数24.9％増により、1口当たり分配金は2,875円と前期を4.8％下回る見通し。 第10期（平成30年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比予想比3.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,990円となる見通し。
