イオンリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は310,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は15,545口。これにより発行後の投資口数は24.9％増の1,635,912口となる予定。調達額は約381億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は「イオンモール伊丹昆陽」等、国内のイオン5物件、取得額は計621億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は23％増の3,307億円となる。 これらに伴い、第9期（平成29年7月期）業績予想を修正。新規5物件の収益が寄与し、9月に公表した業績予想に対し31％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,855円となる見通し。 併せて第10期（平成30年1月期）業績予想を公表。5物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比4.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,990円となる見通し。
