イオンリート投資法人が、7月に取得した優先交渉権を行使し、イオンモール2棟を取得する。1棟は北海道苫小牧市に平成17年開業。もう1棟は栃木県小山市に平成9年開業。2棟の取得額は計141.2億円。2棟ともにスポンサーグループのイオンリテールと賃料固定のマスターリース契約を締結する。今回の取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
