イオンリート投資法人が、第6期（平成28年1月期）決算を発表した。第6期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比2.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,790円となった。期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,943億円、有利子負債比率は36.9％。第7期（平成28年7月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「イオンモール大和郡山」等5棟を取得。これにより前期比16.2％増益を見込む。投資口数20％増により、1口当たり分配金は2,695円と前期を3.4％下回る見通し。続く第8期（平成29年1月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比7.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,895円となる見通し。
