イオンリート投資法人が第5期（平成27年7月期）決算を発表した。第5期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「イオンモールKYOTO」等イオン6棟を取得した。これにより前期比26.4％増益。投資口数が14.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,724円と前期を10.1％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額計）は1,944億円、有利子負債比率は40.0％。第6期（平成28年1月期）は、前期比2.4％増収を見込むが、修繕費や資産運用報酬の増加等により0.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,710円となる見通し。第7期（平成28年7月期）は固都税の増加を見込み、前期予想比6.6％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,530円となる見通し。スポンサーのイオングループのパイプラインを活用して中期的に資産規模3,000億円を目指すとともに、保有物件の大規模リニューアルを行い、賃料増加を図る。
