イオンリート投資法人が第4期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第4期における物件取得はなし。減価償却費が増加する一方、修繕費の減少により、前期比0.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,473円となった。期末のポートフォリオは17棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1,590億円、有利子負債比率は37.1％。第5期（平成27年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「イオンモールKYOTO」を含む6棟を取得。これにより前期比23.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が14.7％増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,665円と前期を7.8％上回る見通し。続く第6期（平成28年1月期）1口当たり分配金も2,665円となる見通し。
