イオンリート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は133,190口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,010口。これにより発行後の投資口数は14.7％増の1,090,200口となる予定。調達額は約226億円を見込み、併せて発表した6棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「イオンモールKYOTO」を含むイオンモール6棟、取得額は計352億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は22％増の1,942億円となる。これらに伴い第5期（平成27年7月期）業績予想の修正、第6期（平成28年1月期）業績予想を発表。第5期は6棟取得が寄与し、前回予想に対し25.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,660円と前回予想を9.5％上回る見通し。第6期は増収を見込むが、支払利息の増加等により、前期予想比0.3％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,650円となる見通し。
