イオンリート投資法人が第2期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第2期の実質的な運用期間は上場日からの71日間。上場時に国内のイオン16棟を取得。上場時に公表した業績予想に対し、修繕費や支払利息が想定を下回り、上場時予想比84%増益、1口当たり分配金は686円となった。第3期（平成26年7月期）の運用期間は6ヶ月間となる。5月にマレーシアのイオンを取得する予定。これにより当期利益2,331百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,450円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成27年1月期）1口当たり分配金は2,440円となる見通し。
