イオンリート投資法人が本日東証に上場した。初値は115千円と、IPO発行価格105千円を9.5%上回った。IPO調達資金958億円（第三者割当増資含む）及び借入金700億円により、22日及び25日に国内のイオン16棟を取得して運用を開始。第2期（平成26年1月期）の実質的な運用日数は上場日からの71日間となる。当期利益413百万円、1口当たり分配金は322円となる見通し。第3期（平成26年7月期）は、マレーシアのイオン1棟を取得する見込み。運用日数は6ヶ月間となり、当期利益2279百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,400円となる見通し。
