イオンリート投資法人が11月22日東証に上場する（証券コード3292）。スポンサーはイオン1社。イオングループが運営する大規模商業施設を主要な投資対象とし、その他食品スーパーや物流施設、J-REIT初となる海外不動産を組み入れる。上場時のポートフォリオは国内の商業施設16棟。更にマレーシアの商業施設1棟の共有持分を取得する予定。17棟の取得額は計1,589億円。賃貸借契約は基本的にイオングループ各社と20年間の賃料固定マスターリース契約を締結する。上場に際し、投資口900,000口（国内758,250口、海外141,750口）の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し45,000口を行い、調達資金は945億円を見込む。IPOブックビルディングは11月5日～11月8日、発行価格決定日は11月11日。
