星野リゾート・リート投資法人（HRR）が、台東区西浅草にあるホテルを取得する。 物件は、つくばエクスプレス浅草駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2018年竣工、12階建の宿泊特化型ホテル。イシン・ホテルズ・グループが「ザ・ビー浅草」として2018年10月に開業したが、コロナ禍の影響で2020年4月に一時閉館した。2023年7月再開に併せて、HRRが6月に本物件を取得する。オペレーターであるイシン・浅草・オペレーションズと固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。取得額は56.3億円。売主は三菱地所。
