星野リゾート・リート投資法人(HRR）が、福岡リート投資法人、福岡地所との3者間で物件売買を行う。 HRRが取得する物件は、キャナルシティ博多の一区画である「グランドハイアット福岡」。売主は福岡リート投資法人（FRC）。 一方、HRRが売却する物件は、博多駅前にある「ANAクラウンプラザホテル福岡」。売却先は福岡地所。取得額及び売却額ともに77億円、取引実行日は6月1日。 併せて、HRRとFRCの各々スポンサーである星野リゾートグループと福岡地所が、協業に関する基本協定書を締結。福岡だけでなく、九州及びアセアン諸国を視野に入れたパートナーシップの機会を模索する。 第一弾として、グランドハイアット福岡をHRRが保有し、キャナルシティ博多の運営に星野リゾートグループが参画することで、キャナルシティ博多全体の更なる活性化を図る。
