星野リゾート・リート投資法人が静岡県浜松市の温泉旅館を取得する。 物件は、浜名湖・舘山寺温泉に位置する、1997年竣工、8階建の温泉旅館。総客室数は33室。コロナ禍の影響を受け、4月～5月の平均稼働率は33.5％に低迷したが、6月～9月は平均稼働率93.5％と前年同期比を上回る水準に回復。星野リゾートグループである舘山寺ホテルマネージメントと固定賃料+GOP連動型変動賃料の20年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。取得額は10.5億円。 併せて第16期（2021年4月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得に加え、星野リゾートが運営するホテルを中心に6月以降売上が回復し変動賃料が増加、外部が運営するホテルの賃料未払いの解消、資産運用報酬の減額等が寄与し、6月に公表した業績予想に対し24.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,340円となる見通し。
