星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、第13期（2019年10月期）決算を発表した。 第13期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した3物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比1.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は13,174円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,556億円、有利子負債比率は35.7％。変動賃料割合は33.9％。 併せて、軽井沢及び沖縄のホテルを2020年1月に取得する予定を発表した。2物件の取得額は計60.3億円。 第14期（2020年4月期）は、北陸新幹線の運転停止や停電、断水等の台風被害、ホテル供給過剰による客室単価の低下により、外部運営のホテルの変動賃料が減少する。一方、新規2物件の収益が寄与し、前期比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,234円となる見通し。 第15期（2020年10月期）も、外部運営ホテルの変動賃料の減少により、営業利益ベースでは前期予想比1.1％減益となるが、支払利息の減少により、当期利益は0.1％増加を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,240円となる見通し。 今後の目標として、スポンサーの星野リゾートが運営するホテルの投資比率を現状の32％から50％超へ高める方針。
