星野リゾート・リート投資法人（HRR）が、ホテル2物件を取得する。2物件の取得額は計58.5億円。 1物件は、沖縄・西表島にある、2004年竣工の「ホテルニラカナイ西表島」。総客室数は140室。併せて、HRRのスポンサーである星野リゾートが、ホテルの運営会社である株式会社八重山ホテル＆リゾートの全株式を取得。これによりスポンサーと共同体制で運用する。運営会社と固定賃料＋GOP連動賃料の20年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。売り主はユニマットプレシャス。 もう1物件は、高知市内に位置する、1997年竣工の「ホテル日航高知旭ロイヤル」。総客室数は191室。売り主でありホテル運営会社である旭食品と固定賃料10年間の定期賃貸借契約を契約する。 本物件の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
