星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は3期連続。 発行口数は8,690口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は434口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.3％増の221,862口となる予定。調達額は約46億円を見込み、「ホテル・アンドルームス大阪本町」の取得に伴う借入金の返済及び手元資金に充当する。 併せて「星のや竹富島ヴィラたけとみ別邸」を取得することを発表。本館を2017年11月に取得済であり、今回は本館に付属するウェディング施設を追加取得する。 これらに伴い第11期（平成30年10月期）業績予想を修正。4月に取得する2物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し4.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,769円と0.6％上回る見通し。 併せて第12期（平成31年4月期）業績予想を発表。非繁忙期に伴い固定賃料の減少を見込むが、支払利息や投資口発行費用の減少等により、前期予想比0.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は12,829円となる見通し。
