星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、第9期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第9期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「星のや富士」「星のや京都別館」を取得した。これにより前期比8.6％増益。投資口数が5.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,956円と前期を2.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは49物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,134億円、有利子負債比率は33.8％、営業収益に占める変動賃料の割合は29.7％。 第10期（平成30年4月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い「星のや竹富島」等6物件を取得。これにより前期比26.1％増益を見込み、投資口数が23.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,238円と2.4％上回る見通し。 第11期（平成30年10月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、支払利息等の減少により、前期予想比3.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,688円となる見通し。 なお、変動賃料の割合は、第10期が26.9％、第11期が32.8％を見込む。
