星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。 発行口数は38,160口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は1,908口。これにより発行後の投資口数は23.2％増の212,738口となる予定。調達額は207億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「星のや竹富島」を含むホテル6物件、取得額は計290億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は25％増の1,424億円となる。 これらに伴い、第10期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を修正。上記6物件取得により、6月に公表した業績予想に対し25.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,224円と2％上回る見通し。 併せて第11期（平成30年10月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想に対し3.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,650円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は、第10期末33.3％、第11期末33.0％を見込む。
