星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、第8期（平成29年4月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は「ハイアットリージェンシー大阪」を取得（取得額160億円）。これにより前期比4.6％増益。投資口2分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は11,621円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは48物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,091億円、有利子負債比率は34.9％。なお、ハイアットリージェンシー大阪が利益連動の変動賃料に伴い、営業収益に占める変動賃料の割合は前期の21.9％から30.2％に上昇。 第9期（平成29年10月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「星のや富士」を取得（取得額41.6億円）。固都税が増加する一方、星のや富士の賃貸収益や、既存物件の変動賃料の増加、支払利息の減少等が寄与し、前期比7.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が5.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,863円と前期を2.1％上回る見通し。 第10期（平成30年4月期）は、変動賃料の増加、投資口発行費用の減少等により、前期予想比1.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,984円となる見通し。 なお、変動賃料割合は、第9期が29.8％、第10期が30.4％を見込む。
