星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は8,720口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は436口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.6％増の172,670口となる予定。 調達額は約48億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、山梨県・河口湖畔に位置する、平成27年開業のリゾート施設「星のや富士」、総客室数40室。スポンサーである星野リゾートと固定賃料+変動賃料の定期賃貸借契約（契約期間20年間）を締結する。 これに伴い、第9期（平成29年10月期）業績予想を修正。星のや富士の賃貸収益が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し7.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,835円と2.0％上回る見通し。 また第10期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を発表。変動賃料の増加等により、前期予想比1.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,954円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第9期末33.8％、第10期末33.6％を見込む。
