星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、投資口の分割を行うことを発表した。 11月1日より投資口1口を2口に分割する。これに伴い第8期（平成29年4月期）1口当たり分配金を修正。投資口数が従来の2倍の163,514口となるため、1口当たり分配金は2分の1の11,382円となる見込み。 また、投資主優待制度を平成29年2月に廃止することを発表。保有する一部のホテルの宿泊料金を割引する制度であったが、投資主優待よりも分配金へ還元する方が適切との判断から、廃止を決定した。
