星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、第6期（平成28年4月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、調達額318億円となる大型の投資口の追加発行を行い「ANAクラウンプラザホテル広島」等ホテル7棟を取得。これにより前期比76％増益。投資口数が57％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は20,520円と前期を12％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは46物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は900億円、有利子負債比率は27.8％、営業収益に占める変動賃料割合は19.9％。第7期（平成28年10月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い46億円を調達し「界 加賀」を取得。「ANAクラウンプラザ」4棟の変動賃料等が寄与し、前期比12.9％増益を見込み、投資口数が4.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は22,104円と前期を7.7％上回る見通し。第8期（平成29年4月期）は、1口当たり分配金は22,764円と前期予想を3％上回る見通し。なお、変動賃料割合は、第7期が21.9％、第8期が22.9％、有利子負債比率は、第7期が25.6％、第8期が25.2％となる見通し。
