星野リゾート・リート投資法人（HRR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。HRRの公募増資は3期連続。発行口数は3,570口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し口数は179口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.8％増の81,757口となる予定。調達額は約46億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金、期中に取得した物件の借入金返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、石川県加賀市に位置する、平成27年9月竣工、スポンサーである星野リゾートグループが運営する「界 加賀」。取得額31.6億円、総客室数48室。運営会社となる嵐山温泉嵐峡館と、固定賃料（但し、平成31年5月よりGOP連動の変動賃料を含む）の定期賃貸借契約（契約期間20年）を締結する。これらに伴い、第7期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件に加え、3月に取得した「旭川グランドホテル」の収益を反映し、昨年12月に公表した業績予に対し、7.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は22,087円と前回予想を2.7％上回る見通し。併せて第8期（平成29年4月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は22,364円となる見通し。
